New notiication tools

I added a tool to the blog that allows you to subscribe your email address to a Google Group, and you will be notified by email when anything happens, or a new page is posted - Please subscribe, and then you will be kept up to date. I also added Atom 1.0 and RSS 2.0 Feeds - look along the side.
